Help Wanted

Post by zapper »

Hi I bought this phonograph about 30 years ago, but have not been able to find out any information on it. It has the number 25672 on the side plate. I would like to make up the missing parts but am not sure what they look like. Can anyone help by putting any information on this forum. Thanks

The machine is a "Kastenpuck", an upscale version of the low cost Puck phonograph, which was popular in Europe in the first decade of the last century. It is obviously missing the horn and reproducer, but otherwise seems to be in nice condition. You can get replication parts from Jean Paul Agnard at http://www3.sympatico.ca/jean-paul.agna ... uction.htm.

There is an earlier thread with more information about a similar machine http://forum.talkingmachine.info/viewto ... 94&p=69424
