My vote is for a well-made Frankenphone. The case looks recently made. But I could be wrong. I never saw any documentation about Spanish machines, and never heard of the Phono Barcelonesa.

I think on balance it is an original heavily restored gramophone , certainly the badge marques look old and original as does the back bracket and horn elbow although probably replated .As I said the badge marques look old and original so this company must have existed if they are

The horn itself could possibly be a Banus Banus creation see previous threads

That's interesting, Mark, it is the first site I see that compiles Spanish gramophone manufacturers. Indeed it may be a genuine one, even though I still find the case too good-looking, unless it was completely redone. If the price was 20 times lower I could be interested ...

100 % real Phonobarcelonesa machine. Too restored, but 100 % all original. I have seen this machibe directly. Not all in the world are Edison, Columbia and Victor machines. In Europe had A LOT of small companies that really made BEAUTIFUL machines. It’s good be documented...
