How to date a HMV 101?

I have recently purchased my first HMV 101 and would like to have a rough idea of when it was made.
Is there any reference to dating different 101s?

An excellent guide now out of print, but copies turn up on eBay from time to time. There is even a bonus CD!

It is beyond my comprehension why these books are not reprinted, since there is a constant request and prices rocketing to the stars.

I only want to roughly date when the 101G's were made.
