Hello All,
Found this strange gramophone in a junk shop window. The shop was closed so this is the only image I managed to get. The gramophone looks like a generic European item but I have not seen this soundbox before. Any ideas?

I'm not familiar with European machines; but the ring is probably a volume control, which muted the diaphragm (and likely contributed to record wear)...
