What kind of gramophone is this?

What kind of gramophone is this? Any who know? Is it Homemade? The motor is Swiss made ROC. The soundbox is Parlophone 301, also Swiss made. I am grateful for all the answers.

Homemade ! Nice carving

Looks like a phonograph put into a music box cabinet. Notice how the carving on top seems to align with the length of the top, rather than the width? In other words, the carving is sideways to the front of the phonograph.
