Elijah Mazo was an Optician, photographer and camera manufacturer operating in Paris beginning in approximately 1880. His firm of E. Mazo was located at 8, Boulevard Magnta, Paris, France. By 1896 the firm expanded to include the adjacent space now consisting of 8 & 10, Bouevard Magenta. He also branched out into selling phonographs - with a self produced cabinet and a very fancy logo, he attached and sold machines from other manufacturers like Pathé and Graphophone.
I think he manufactured his own brand of cylinders.
Recently I obtained this model.....needs a lot of work, but the logo is still fairly good.

Mazo also manufactured cylinders. In this picture you can see a concert record next to a standard cylinder of my collection.
