Post subject:  HMV 1A Automatic Gramophone- Seek Instr. catalogs & adverts.

I had posted earlier that I recently acquired a HMV 1A Automatic Gramophone- re-entrant (see photos)and was looking for a manual. I was provided a scan of the manual by a fellow TMF member.

Now I am seeking historical information. so looking for image scans of any 1928 to 1930 HMV Instrument catalogs containing information on the 1A. Also any public or Gramophone trade magazines advertisements.

Can anyone please help me with gathering this information?

Thanks in advance! :)

Do you need repair instructions or how to use it instructions?

best of luck with the archives , my experience in the recent past hasn't been great , but you can see a past Christmas card from them at http://www.emiarchivetrust.org/yuletide-greetings/

, It's interesting that they use an old Christmas tree German rotating holder but twin it with an Indian Crapophone , when they have so many wonderful machines available , Shows what archivists do I suppose , and why would EMI archive even have a crapophone ?

I told you many times: crap-os are everywhere. And when I say everywhere, I mean everywhere.
