Are these Castors of any value in USA or UK ?

I had to throw away the wooden body of an HMV 160 as it had so much woodworm it literally crumbled away in my hands.

Anyway, these castors were on it and I assume (maybe incorrectly) that they are original to the machine - therefore early 1920's.

I don't know what the wheels are made of - maybe Bakelite or china ?

They are rusty etc but function.

I wonder, are they something someone may want in the USA or UK or are they only fit for the dustbin ?

Thanks for any advice you can give.

The wheels look like porcelain and the metal parts can be cleaned up and restored... I probably wouldn't throw them out, but not sure what machine they might go with...

I have an identical set and can confirm that the wheels are ceramic. They are definitely worth keeping.

Okay. Thank you both for your advice and information.

I will store them away somewhere then.
