HMV fiber cutter

Does anyone have instructions for this HMV cutter?. I do remember seeing them somewhere.
It's marked "MARCA INDUSTRIAL REGISTRADA" . For the South American market?.

Oh!, I see this post got moved to the British and European Machines section?.
I assumed it was made in the US as it's marked "REG.U.S. PAT OFF. M.ucF" "MARCA INDUSTRIAL REGISTRADA"
What does M.ucF stand for?

Agree made in the US for the US market , Victor labels often have English and Spanish on them don't they ?

Looks like an earlier version with only the one blade. Mine has a 6 sides rotating blade that is razor sharp. It's an excellent solid cutter. I'm sure I have seen instructions for this model. I'll keep searching.
