Inflata-Phone

Post by epigramophone »

It has become an enjoyable annual event for some of us to gather at the home of Graham Rankin (emgcr of this forum) to spend the day listening to and talking about EMG and Expert machines. Inspired by an idea suggested by Graham's wife Celestine, the talented Alastair Murray (Old Country Chemist of this forum) drew and produced the following, which he has asked me to post :

Well done Alastair---always superb and thank you both for posting.

Rising to the occasion, I thought your very appreciative audience might like to see another of your clever cartoons which is one of my favourites :

I have always felt that Alastair's cartoons deserve a wider audience, so I have persuaded him to have them published as a regular feature in forthcoming issues of the CLPGS magazine "For the Record".

Excellent news... if ever "if not, why not" applied, this was it!

I have always said I never met a machine I didn't like. But now comes the Inflata phone and now I can say I have finally found a machine I don't need. A miracle. And I now do not have to hear my sister say 'another one?' Funny this is! Neil

The price is given as 100 pounds, but I'm sure it will be higher with inflation.
