Logo identification

Anybody recognise this logo or seen it before, apollogies there are no further photos but i will be obtaining more later.
i believe it is from a european external horn gramophone but im awaiting further details and pics.

I'm not sure it's a logo at all; it looks more like a decorative transfer imitating marquetry.

Marquetry and Parquetry are both terms meaning designs made with pieces of inlaid wood.
