It's a Columbia with the wrong end badly soldered on - should have a screw thread on it.

This looks like a battered up crap-o-phone horn that is muddled with a makeshift conical end. I never saw a Columbia horn like this before.

Hi here is mine - as you can see it is on a Columbia and has a threaded end. It seems this one has had the end cut off and a normal type badly soldered on in its place. It is a shame as these are beautiful horns in good condition. Somewhere I have an original Columbia advert showing this horn so know it is correct.

Thanks, Gramtastic, for correcting me. That's not a horn we see on this side of the pond, and I suspected it was of recent Indian origin. Duly noted!

It does look suspiciously close to these:

but closer examination reveals differences for sure.
