It is a Pathé with dual arms and internal horns. There was a recent thread about it.

Not sure of the age, but it looks to be from the teens based on the components.

According to Guido Severijns, this version of the Pathé Duplex, which is the same one posted by the OP, dates to around 1910. Seems there were a few variations of the Pathé Duplex--some with two tonearms and turntables.

One should not confuse the Olophone and the Duplex
Olophone - 1 turntable & 2 tone arms for a kind of "stereo" effect, somewhat like the German Ultraphone
Duplex - 2 turntables 2 tone arms. Purpose of this machine (no, not to organize your own disco) was to overcome the short playing time of a record by recording entire opera's on a dozen or four records and play them sequentially - switching over from turntable to turntable as the playing record neared its end. Record sides were alternately numbered 1 /3, 2/4 so that one had time to turn over the alternate record. So yes in a way, the operator was jockeying the discs, and if done well, you could seamlessly breeze through an entire opera. 2 hours of fun....(I think Carmen was over 80 sides!)
Duplex ad is from 1914 & Olophone from 1918. Olophone used the day/night system. (External horn for the day, Internal for night-time so as not to disturb the neighbours...too much.)
