Don't know the brand, but the visible components look like the typical generic parts you see on the usual so-called "off brands."
This machine would look nice in a bedroom, since it resembles one of those jewelry armoires you see for sale around Christmastime.

I think that just about sums it up. A proficient cabinet maker turning their hand to gramophones. What is disappointing about a listing like this is whilst we are shown a close up of the top and winding handle we are not shown where the sound actually comes out. Presumably the front has 1 or 2 doors. This might be an attractive feature and might explain the purpose of the knob located near the winding handle. A volume control?

I've asked where the sound comes out no response yet , but it may be the back the bottom or the front , back a Vesper ? Bottom who knows ? Front no hinges visible and do the drawers pull out ?

Made undoubtedly by an exceptional cabinet maker. Logically horn would be behind drawer 2 & 3, & record storage at 4, 5 & 6. Great way to disguise a phonograph.
