The soundbox is a generic late 1920's design, which a previous owner would have fitted to update the machine for the "new" electrically recorded records of 1925 onwards. Unfortunately the old Exhibition soundbox would probably have been considered obsolete and thrown away.

It's the big brother of my junior tabletop model. Motor is the same style, mine smaller, and also hanging in the middle of the horn.
Mine was missing the wooden boards making the horn shape, so i made one from feather board. Your photos will help me to build a proper internal horn in wood!
See my avatar, and my YouTube channel where this small machine is featured

PS. Where do you live? You seem to find lots of cheap machines!

Information regarding the Model III (or Model 3 after 1913) can be found on page 161 of "His Master's Gramophone". Your particular machine dates after about October 1911 based on the diamond shaped door knobs.

(I see that Phono48 mentioned the book as well)

Thank you Inigo and Retrograde:) Yes, I finally too was able to get hold of the His Master's Gramophone book, and there it is listed:) Great also to see your gramophone on Youtube, Inigo. I am happy that my uploaded photos will enable you to finish rebuilding your gramophone.
