They'd have to turn the soundbox to the face forward position to play DD's and use a diamond stylus on a shank.edisonplayer

Looking at Wakeman's list of off-brand machines the high end Winsor machines could get pretty expensive.

That is a VERY handsome case and I don't doubt it was quite expensive when new. The asking price is kinda high, but that is a $200 machine for someone with the room.

Those are strange moldings around the turntable area!
The tone arm has been changed at some time. Look at the mounting area, where the original arm had a larger footprint.
