One more thing for this thread... I was looking through some of my phonograph/gramophone books today and I spotted a machine in Brian Jewell's "Veteran Talking Machines" (pg 100)that is very similar to the Terpophon, however the book says it's a Tempophon. Maybe a misprint in the book? The image is too small to make out the decal, but it is very similar. I'm guessing that the author made a mistake.

I think I remember seeing a picture of a machine where Terpophon was corrected into Tempophon, or was it the other way around? Something about having to change the name for legal reasons I think?
