If this thing works, and looks to have all original parts and horn. What would be a "reasonable" offer? I'd love to have one of these but am clueless on prices for this style..

Based on the "Change of Reproducers" tag inside the lid, I am guessing that this is a Model D Standard.
The expert who has been tracking Standards since 2006 is Martinola (Martin Kauper). He has published a spotter's guide and database for them here:

I think most of his data came from eBay auctions. His published spreadsheet does not indicate winning bids, but he may have that information available, just not published.
