The price is very steep. The floor crane looks like a convoluted bird cage stand in my opinion. I could be wrong.

Looks like a modified aluminum shrimp or fluke net. Remove net, add base and horn chain.
In short, is not liberty the freedom of every person to make full use of his faculties, so long as he does not harm other persons while doing so?

I haven't thought of that. I guess he got tired of shrimping and fishing, and is hoping to fish for a sucker.
