This "La Voce del Padrone" Model 116 has both HMV and Victrola influences. I have never seen one before.

Interesting. It also bears a strong resemblance to the short-lived HMV 99, which was introduced at about the same time as the HMV 102 portable, as a cheaper alternative -- SEE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=esLni3WXvKk

Anyone know why it appears to have a second speed regulator near the brake ?
