Wow, that's really pretty! The exposed wooden horn is very impressive!
The seller notes: "Vintage Sonora Phonograph.....great piece!! Besides being a phonograph, this can be converted into an awesome and useable piece of furniture."
It's already useable! :D

Should add that it's MISSING its grill, that should look like this:
REPEAT, THIS IS NOT THE MACHINE FOR SALE, BUT ONE WITH AN INTACT GRILL!!!

Well, I was impressed before, but now less so! Too bad about the missing grill. The chances of finding a replacement would be almost nil. Thanks for posting the picture of the grill.

I lightened up the image of the picture with the grill (sorry JerryVan...). This version shows a bit more detail. It looks like the outside frame of the grill is there, but not the crossbars and cloth.

Yes, that was a let down for me too. Still, a very nice machine...

Even with the missing grill, it's still a nice machine. The price is right, too.(not the TV show) Seriously, someone should call Karen and save this machine from being re-purposed into furniture.

I have one of these also. With its grill. It's a very nice and beautiful machine, but I think that grille would be a very hard to find piece to the puzzle. Wes

Maybe one of those guys who makes replacement grilles could make one if someone gave him some good pics and a template. How does this compare to a Credenza in sound?
