Is This Nipper Real?

I saw this the other day. It shows a dog next to a drum to be a bank. Is this an original Nipper collectible, or just an old nick-nack?

I don't think that it is a Nipper collectible at all.

I think this is likely what I have heard called a "Nipper Wanabe". Not really a Nipper but cute and similar.

It's definitely not Nipper... it looks like a collection tin for the ASPCA...
