Not an Edison Standard horn - it's aftermarket.

Yes, period correct but aftermarket. The horn was made for an Edison or Columbia cylinder machine but not made by either company. Jerry Blais

That particular horn was made by Hawthorne & Sheble, a prominent supplier of goods to the phonograph trade before 1909.
