Wow! Book-matched veneer. I don't know if there were different "grades" of finishes of Victor machine models, but some craftsman in their cabinet shop certainly took pride in his work with this example.

I think this is the "weathered oak" finish which is not seen often. Very nice machine!

Agreed - that is one nice Victrola. Wouldn't it be cool if it had a few original accessories or the seller could offer a little family history on it ? One can dream....
