Considering getting one.
Will it work OK on my 78-tone arm attachment/reproducer-needle, on my Edison C-19?

It will, if your adapter can play verticals. This usually requires a swivel joint so that the diaphragm faces either forward or downwards. If your adapter does not have that kind of joint, you can't play vertical cut records properly and the stylus will do you no good.

This is what I have, and it does swivel when you adjust the screw.

That adapter should work just fine, in the position shown, for vertical cut records of all types.
