The reproducer is not complete and stripping paint is messy, but it seems like a cheap way to get what could be a very nice III, at lease in my opinion. If I was looking for a III, I would give this one a shot.

If anyone here should get this, try removing the paint with acetone, (nail polish remover). Acetone usually removes spray paint but won't hurt the original black enamel. Decals may be an issue however.
