I just have never seen an standard A 2/4 minute, I thought that was interesting. Is that conversion normally found on an A?

The conversion is slightly less common on the Model A, but there are still many examples out there. This looks like a nice example.

Just out of curiosity- was this ever done to a 2 or 4 clip Standard or would it not have worked?martinola wrote:The conversion is slightly less common on the Model A, but there are still many examples out there. This looks like a nice example.

Re: Edison A 2/4 minute on Ebay?
I have a four clip machine with the 2/4 on it. It works OK but sometimes it does not play a full four minute cylinder. I do not try winding these older machines up that tight though. Do you want a picture ??I will see if I have one on this computer but this is my out of town one. Will post pictures Saturday or Sunday.... Tom
