It came to me. I packed the phono myself and dropped it off at our local store. I processed the label online, so had very little interaction with the store

Just wanted to thank everyone for their input. I guess I was very lucky on this claim. I must say that the store owner said he had to fight to get the claim approved. Bottom line is I only lost about $25.00 on the sale of the Fireside.
