I saw this today.
It is at an antique shop I go to. It is very nice and works well. The seller wants $240.00 if anyone is interested.
I have no room right now.

Sorry I cant get the darn pic upright even when I save it off my phone into a new pic.

:(

The thing that caught my eye is the rare ragtime record on the turntable - "Everybody Two Step" by Mike Bernard. I have the sheet music and have been looking for this record forever... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8gvSUgTNt8

I am pretty sure it is not the record you seek. I played the record and it was not the song you attached.
The guy who owns the mall is a record dealer so he would not have a rare record for testing machines.
But heck, I could be wrong :p

The record is the correct Columbia label and from what I can see of the title, it looks like "Everybody Two Step"... I use the term "rare" only in a general sense... it might be a common record, but I have never found it and that doesn't mean much...

Curt, it looks like "Everybody Step" to me, which is an Irving Berlin tune from 1920.

George,

On closer examination, I believe you are right...

It is everybody step. Good eyes. I gave him a call this morning to confirm. He said he has not seen the 2 step record.

I have it on early silvertone and by Billy Murray on BA. Both have vocals and are fun songs. I'll upload them when I get home next week.

You want me to divulge the location and create competition?
I don't think that would be smart of me...

Im not very smart though

It's "Things remembered" in Oakdale.
There are 2 phonos there now but the vic floor model is overpriced and the table model is meh...
The Columbia above sold last week.
