Re: Neat Pathé Project
Looks like a Model H Actuelle, probably the most common Actuelle. This one is pretty beat up. In addition to the cabinet work and the need for a replacement cone, this appears to also be missing the cone center support and possibly the linkage mechanism between the needle bar and the cone. I might buy this for parts, but it would be a fair amount of work to restore this one properly.
This is what a restored one looks and sounds like:

If anyone on here gets this, I probably have a replacement linkage for you. At $100 it's a steal.

A radio collector/restore should be able to rebuild the cone horn. It's the same as a radio speaker. This machine should clean up very nicely.

Maybe contact Buford Chidester via the radio collectors board? Seems to me I bought a repro Pathé Actuelle cone from him off eBay some years back. He rebuilt a Pathé Gothic radio cone for me about 9 years ago, and did a superlative job.

Seconding the recommendation of Buford Chidester to make a replacement cone. He made a replacement for my Actuelle three or four years ago, and I couldn't be happier with it.
