Ironically, my BKT was always stored with the lid on. Furthermore, it was never really on display in my house since I much prefer my BET with it's fancier case and Nickel horn which I purchased along with the BKT. The BKT was in storage for several years until I hauled it out to photo and sell here. Oh well.
