It's where they post totally trashy machines and basically point out everything that's wrong with them. The person probably saw that the machine has a "flat top" and called it that, not understanding the difference between the dome and flat lids.

Oh, the section for the crapophones and all, got it.
It’s definitely annoying when people just copy and paste blocks of text from other peoples uncredited sources, especially when it doesn’t even apply to what they’re specifically selling. Otherwise though this looks like a decent XVI at an ok price.
