Long story cut very short, he has scammed me out of £52 for a Pathé phonograph claiming it hasn't come getting a full refund and then telling me that its actually at his neighbours house even though i sent it 3 weeks before that and said he'd get back to me, now he is not answering my messages.

I wouldn't mind but im 16 and im only earning £25 a week from a Saturday job so £52 although small is still 2 weeks pay for me.

That's terrible! I guess you spoke to eBay customer service and they were about as much use as a hog roast at a vegan party. If the message about it being at his neighbours house came through on eBay messages you can point that out to them.

There would appear to be more than one Paul Baker selling on UK eBay. I hope no-one will confuse this "pianostylemike" with the other Paul Baker, who I and others on this forum know to be a person of the highest integrity both as a buyer and a seller.
