Edison Standard Polyphone

Post by cleveland1996 »

Hi Folks,

I just noticed one of Raphael’s treasures on ebay. It’s a nice 2 clip Standard with one of Paul Baker’s polyphone setups on it. Absolutely stunning.

Thanks, Joe, your mentioning this is much appreciated. Paul Baker recently told me that he cannot possibly duplicate this assemblage at anywhere near the cost/benefit parameters of prior years, so he will probably never again attempt to do so.

This has now been sold to a museum and is no longer available.

Thanks,

Raphael,

Whichever museum bought it got an excellent machine for their collection...Just a standout of a machine...

Congratulations to both of you....

Joe
