Disc Graphophone BI strangest listing I ever seen

So its located in California but will be shipped from Hong Kong/Taiwan?
Photo seems to be in front of a US Antiques store?
Every large item the seller has seems to cost $3000.

This is a known scam. I don't know how this seller is able to keep getting this listed, frankly. Every time I see it, I report it, and it gets taken down. In the verbiage of the auction, the seller always states that any bids will be canceled, and a button or copy/ paste HTML is provided to "buy it now"... off eBay.
It's always the same machine, but I've seen it offered by all sorts of different "sellers" in USA and Canada.
