It's Definitely a model "B"

That's a "G" before the serial #.

The model "C" GEM does not have an end gate, and the "C" designation is at the end of the serial #.

The rounded dot to the letter "i" in "Edison" is an indication of an early (1970's?) replacement decal. Jerry Blais
