The Capehart Chippendale 400 series E has been re capped. The changer was restored by noted Southern California Capehart expert Roger Morrison. This was a clean original machine when found. An excellent performer from 1937. The light walnut finish highlights the Chippendale case.

469 RARE Berliner Ratchet Wind. Serial Number 891. Excellent original condition with no replica parts. Original paint on the horn being 95% intact. The original finish to the machine is superb and the decal is excellent. The leather horn elbow, and record hold-down screw is also original. This is an extremely early example, made before Berliner added an off-on switch or horn support. This machine turns on and off with the speed control lever. Clamp on the elbow to hold the reproducer securely is not original (these did not come with a clamp) but has been added for security, to ensure the horn does not come loose. An excellent example.

Rare Columbia Phonograph – Columbia Graphophone Grand. Cylinder phonograph. Complete except for the lift lever. A scarce unit. Original reproducer and crank.

822 Phonograph – Busy Bee disc phonograph. Front mount with repainted green morning glory horn. Complete w/reproducer & crank.

Lot 853 Phonograph – Columbia “BF” (Peerless) cylinder phonograph. Flared bell horn. Complete. SN-33297

The Columbia BF is a 2/4 minute machine. These are pretty scarce.
