Not a lot of Euros at all. I expect that to go into the thousands. That is a rare item. Most of the ones of that style that turn up in Europe were copies made by Pathé, almost always in pot metal. This one is a true, signed Bettini attachment -- with original box no less.
Bettini attachments for Columbias are far rather than those for Edison.
