Patherphon No2.
Has horn, cabinet in rough condition, but repairable,
good bad or ugly, asking $50.00. Make a good display piece?

$50 is a steal, especially if it's complete. I would not think twice. Get it.

No reproducer.
It came with 2 Pathé records.

Definitely get it at that price, even if incomplete. Several of us on here are likely to have the missing parts for you - I know I have a spare reproducer for it, for example. They are super simple mechanically so motor repairs will also be easy.
