Exceedingly rare Mills Violano Home Model. Fully restored. The so called "home model" was the first model introduced by Mills in 1909 and was designed strictly for home use for the wealthy. There are only 11 examples of this model known to exist, making this the rarest of all the Violanos. The distinct cabinet with the fluted columns on the front makes this immediately recognizable for what it is. Complete restoration was done by Terry Haughwout and comes to the auction straight from his shop. Operation on 110 volts. Measures 49" x 32.5" x 65.5".
