That is does, if it were £20 I'd think about getting it for the motor, and maybe repairing the tonearm, but I really doubt he's going to get the starting price, or much near, since he's cut out part of the motor board I think the cabinet is scrap

Alex is right - there would be so much effort required to rebuild that machine to end up with a relatively cheap table model it would just not be worth the effort. I would also say £30ish for the motor is all it is worth so will be surprised if anyone bids on it at that starting price !
