Very interesting, and thanks for posting.
Although I won't be buying the record, which I have never seen before, I do have the rather battered cover. This will feature in a future article on HMV overseas issues in my "Covers Covered" series which I write for the CLPGS magazine "For the Record".

your sleeve is probably from an original HMV record pressing such as this HMV Bantu record , the pic disc was a later manufacture by Saturn records for HMV ?
