The chair may be old but the decal isn't. Someone simply slapped a reproduction decal onto the back.

I like this chair for some odd reason.

Could there be a connection to the 'Milner Music Company' I wonder ?

I saw this link and wondered ..... it seemed oddly 'connected' maybe ?

Even without the "Graphophone" addition, the back rest panel does not look original to the rest of the chair.

The chair looks like a factory version of a Greek Revival / Regency chair. The crest rail looks oversized but not completely unlikely.
