Well I had to pass on the Vic IV... No way to get it from Cali to NY and he did not offer shipping at that time. I wrote to him explaining and he was actually a little happy. He said he listed it too low but was honoring the sale as it was the right thing to do. Sooooooo, we both left happy in a way. I didn't need it and he relisted it. I did talk him into offering a shipping option by dropping it off at a shipper for the buyer.
Sure, I could have had him drop it off at a shipper for me but it was too late at that point and he could use the extra money...

I'm sorry you didn't get it. We'll probably never know if it was painted gold or gold leafed. I was rooting for gold leaf done a hundred plus years ago.
