The problem with posting an item like this on a forum like this is that anyone on this forum who would want a copy already has it , of course in the greater Ebay world there are " non collectors " who would like a copy because they think it is rare and nostalgic

Let's put it this way... it's not UNcommon. Also- it was in the catalog a very long time due to its popularity. Your copy is actually a mid 1944 on pressing- the "RCA" logo Bluebird label with silver print. First pressings are the "Phonographs in homes" warning label with twin arches, gold print. At least yours is an original stamper pressing. The RCA Victor one in your links is a post 1946 dubbed recording with the narrower 2.5 mil groove.

Likely the reason they go for silly money is because it's "iconic" now. An even stupider money example of this is Benny Goodman's 12" "Sing Sing Sing" which seems to command an automatic C note or better these days, even without the rest of the album set it was issued with... and don't even get me started on the Andrews Sisters' "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy".
