Billy Tate was a Rhythm & Blues Pioneer. A blind guitarist and bass player, and a staple of Club Tijuana in New Orleans.

This very young operator is pictured with an 1850s Morse Register.
Taken between 1863 - 1879 in Sonora, California. This sold fast!
