The flywheel is the balance wheel off an antique sewing machine!

Oh, and I think the feed screw might have come from an Edison Home Phonograph.

Whatever it is, it's someone's put-together thing, at least I'd guess. I seriously doubt this is an original.

Judging from the tpi, that's too coarse for a Home feed screw. But I agree: this is cobbled together.
