Campbell Industries phonograph

I was looking through the very interesting R.J. Wakeman article posted on the APS site (linked from George Paul's thread at http://forum.talkingmachine.info/viewto ... 15&t=18472) and one them caught my eye. There's an ad for a phonograph build by Campbell Industries of Chicago, at the link below. My question is, has anyone seen one of these? I'm pretty new to the phonograph hobby and don't know much about the more obscure types. A quick Internet search didn't turn up much of any photos or other recent evidence of the type. Is it possible the Campbell never went into production?
