Cal Stewart Discography Now Available on APS Website!

Post by phonogfp »

Those of you who were following the thread under "Music" concerning a scarce Uncle Josh title already know about this... :)

Thanks to the pioneering work of John Petty decades ago, and to more recent work by APS Vice-President Rod Pickett, all known Cal Stewart recordings are now listed in a convenient spreadsheet. This document provides all known titles, the type of recording (cylinder or disc), the company that issued it, the catalog number, those recordings usually done by Stewart but performed by another artist, Stewart compositions not recorded by him, and UJ recordings performed specifically by Andrew Keefe and by Byron G. Harlan.

This discography can be accessed at the APS website under "Articles," "Technical Series" or here:

Thanks to Rod Pickett for making this resource available! :)
