It is that time of year again when CLPGS members and friends gather in the Abbey Hotel, Great Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 3ET for our 2018 Annual General Meeting weekend.
As in previous years, the proceedings open on the Friday evening at 18:00 with a welcome address by the Chairman of the Board, Richard Scott and the President of the Society, Christopher Proudfoot followed by a wine reception.

21:30(approx) Anne Brown - 25 Years a Groupie
Sunday 7th October
09:30 Annual General Meeting followed by an open forum to ask questions of the Board - Admission to the AGM is free to all paid-up members
10:30 Tea/Coffee Break
11:00 Grand Auction
13:15 Lunch
15:00 Live concert by The Jeanne Marlow Swing Trio
16:20 Break
19:30 Dinner
The hotel is, unfortunately, fully booked for accommodation but we still have room for day visitors at a cost of £25.00 for Saturday (including all refreshments and lunch) and £10.00 for Sunday (including refreshments but not lunch). Great Malvern is a tourist destination so there is a large range of accommodation, pubs and restaurants in the town to suit all tastes and pockets.
This is a great weekend to meet up with old friends and I hope to see many of you there.

Another great weekend in Malvern with a record attendance has come and gone. Most of the attendees I have spoken to are of the view that this was the best AGM Weekend yet both in terms of the quality of the presentations, which were uniformaly excellent and the hospitality in the Hotel.
